Established in 1985 as a full service maintenance firm, our initial customer base of residential homes expanded during the mid ‘90s to include rapidly developing commercial properties, shopping centers, strip malls, restaurants, schools, banks, condominiums and townhomes.
Our territory has substantially increased over the last several years, the scope and depth of the company has expanded to mirror this growth. An extensive hiring and training program has produced highly-qualified ground crews and support staff. Investments in equipment, including cutting-edge machinery, vehicles, trailers, materials and uniforms have positioned the company as a premier provider of exterior property management for years to come.
Scott and Todd Raymond founded the company in 1982 and were incorporated by 1985. The company’s success was the byproduct of an unwavering commitment to live out the Golden Rule with clients and employees. In the ensuing years, delighted clients sparked an unprecedented growth through “word of mouth†advertising.
